Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use filmsworth.garden. It is a general template, not legal advice.

Myth: We Do the Work. Fact: We Don't

Filmsworth Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines or do any other plumbing work. If someone works on your property, it is an independent provider, not Filmsworth Septic.

No Endorsement, No Warranty

Being connected with a provider is not an endorsement of that provider. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, system design, soil conditions and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before work begins.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a problem. Coverage depends on your policy and your insurer's decision, so ask your insurer or agent.

Stay Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can involve harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Never climb into a septic tank or work near an open one. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How We Are Paid

Filmsworth Septic may be paid by providers or marketing partners when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.

Accuracy

We try to keep this website correct and up to date. We cannot promise that it is complete or has no errors.
